The value of cross-border eIDs

Our societal needs for online services of the public and private sector are expanding rapidly. European businesses use a large number of different online accounts to access online services. Using eID removes the need for user-created logins. eIDs can, with much greater certainty, securely determine that the person who accesses an online service is who they say they are. By opening up the public services of almost 100 Dutch municipalities to European eIDs, Connectis allows you to bypass physical borders in a heartbeat.

200 public services become accessible

The almost 100 participating municipalities open up 200 public services to European citizens and representatives of Dutch businesses in the possession of an eID. Requesting a taxation rapport, applying for (event) permits and objecting to (waste) fees and taxes has never been so easy. Cross-border online access to public services is secure, easier, faster and more efficient.
