“I do not yet see a peak in interest from end users yet”
Annelies Gerhardt, webmaster at the municipality of Lochem in the province of Gelderland
Lochem is one of the 81 Dutch municipalities participate in the biggest regulated cross-border electronic identification project in the world. From my role as advisor for the webdesk, I am interested in experiencing which users access our services with an European eID. eIDAS is completely new to us and we do not have any expectations about the usage. Currently, I do not see a peak in the interest from end users and other governmental organisations yet. We welcome European users and will likely dedicate attention to making sure our end users are well informed.
