Better and more efficient service – this is what digitisation did for our municipality. We now have more time to evaluate and guide the unusual cases, which improves the quality that we deliver. It is also beneficial to our staff. It has become much easier to take over each other’s work, when needed. This has made our municipality more flexible.
We see a lot of former inhabitants that moved abroad and still require services from us. If a payment is involved, separate invoices need to be sent out. This is very costly. Especially when an invoice is not paid in due time.
